The king room had a safe box, central heating, and electronic key card, with a comfortable bed providing good rest in a perfect and marvelous location extremely close to the city center.

The venue is reasonably spacious and clean with a good value and excellent and very helpful staff. Well-appointed and fairly quiet rooms come with a very good breakfast. This place is in an incredibly comfortable and unbeatable location to get to the shopping mall.

The staff was excellent. Very professional, courteous, and helpful. We do not speak Italian, and not many of the staff speak English, so it was very nice that they made such efforts to communicate.

The only thing is that it seemed the hot water was not available until 7:00 AM, which was kind of late for our schedule.

The room was quiet and well-appointed with a very good breakfast and the hotel was well-maintained, great, and in a central location.

I recently stayed at Europa Hotel for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful, and the 24-hour front desk was convenient. The hotel itself is beautiful and set back from the main road, providing a peaceful environment. The rooms were comfortable, equipped with coffee and tea-making facilities, and had a clean and modern bathroom. I also appreciated the safe outside parking and the strong WiFi connection. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and I was happy to see that they were dog-friendly too, allowing me to bring my well-behaved dog into the breakfast room. Additionally, I noticed that the hotel had electric car charging facilities and a swimming pool, making it a great choice for all guests.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our Christmas stay. Although the room was spacious, the air conditioning could only be controlled by calling reception, which was not very convenient. The view from the room was not great as it faced the back of some apartments.
